Admin Memo B-33 (PDF) requires all County departments, contractors, and vendors to only procure compost, mulch and (when available) renewable natural gas products that are eligible to contribute towards meeting the County’s SB 1383 procurement target. The Sustainability Department is working with our local government partners from around the Bay Area to build out this list to make compliance with SB 1383’s procurement requirements simple for County departments.
