California Energy Commission’s Communities in Charge Program for Multifamily Properties

The California Energy Commission’s Communities in Charge program offers incentives for installing EV charging infrastructure at multifamily housing properties and related sites. The program offers $8,500 per eligible Level 2 charging port. This program prioritizes properties that already have project designs and permits.
